​US halts asylum app appointments in Laredo after reports of extortion

Asylum seekers trying to enter the US in Laredo, Texas are no longer able to use a government app to make their appointments. Border officials suspended the arrangement in the city after reports of migrants being extorted for money.  Toni Waterman has more.
