UPDATE: Cuba Good Jr settles rape lawsuit

Hollywood actor, Cuba Gooding junior has avoided a rape trial and has
instead settled the lawsuit.
Gooding Jr is accused of rape almost a decade ago. He has denied the
allegation saying it was consensual sex.
