Markets soar on Fed reaction

U.S. stocks soared Thursday as investors continue to react to the
Federal Reserve's decision to leave interest rates untouched.

The Fed has been raising rates for over a year but Wednesday announced
it's taking a wait and see approach in its fight to lower inflation.
