Judge to Consider Request to Drop Some Charges Against Sam Bankman-Fried

Lawyers for Sam Bankman-Fried are expected to ask a judge to throw out many of the charges against him at a hearing on Thursday.

The disgraced ex-CEO of the crypto exchange FTX got a boost earlier in the week after a favorable court ruling in the Bahamas.
