Civil rape case against Cuba Gooding Jr gets underway

The civil trial against Hollywood actor, Cuba Gooding junior will
begin in New York City on Tuesday.
Gooding Jr is accused of rape almost a decade ago. He has denied the allegation.
The lawsuit seeks 6 million dollars in damages.
