Senior doctors in England are set to vote on whether to take strike action in protest over pay. The British Medical Association says take-home pay has declined 35% since 2009 - and that talks with the government have not resolved the dispute. Members of the BMA will be asked to support action when a ballot opens in June. Laura Makin-Isherwood reports from London.
