A photo agency that took pictures of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during what the couple called a 'car chase' has refused to hand over the photographs.
Earlier this week the Duke and Duchess of Sussex claimed to have been followed by paparazzi in cars and on scooters in New York City.
According to BBC News, Backgrid agency said it rejected a legal demand to share the material.
