Bank of England raises rates to highest level since 2008

The Bank of England has raised the base rate of interest by 0.25% to 4.5%, the highest figure since 2008. Inflation in the UK remains high, with the latest data showing prices have risen 10.1% in the year to March. Julia Chapman reports from London.
