University students in England and Wales have made a record number of complaints about their courses for the fourth year in a row. The Office of the Independent Adjudicator received 2,850 reports from unhappy students in 2022 - with Universities paying out more than £1 million in compensation. The body representing Universities in the UK, though, maintains most students have positive experiences. Adam Solomons reports from London.
