Donald Trump will return to New York this week to face questions over his company's business practices, according to sources.
The Trump Organization is accused of providing false financial statements to obtain better deals on loans and insurance - which it denies.
The former US president was last known to be in Manhattan on April 4, when he was charged with 34 felonies in a separate case.
