“Toxic” fire raging at Indiana recycling plant, more than 2,000 residents told to evacuate

A toxic fire raging in the eastern Indiana city of Richmond has prompted forced evacuation notices for more than 2,000 residents. The fire started at a recycling plant on Tuesday, and officials say it is likely to continue burning for a few more days.  Toni Waterman has more.
