A ceasefire has been agreed in Sudan providing a 24-hour window for humanitarian aid. A power struggle between the army and a paramilitary group has left at least 185 people dead across the country in the past four days. The conflict has brought a standstill to Sudan's efforts to move from military control to civilian rule. Naba Mohideen has more from Khartoum.
