British health workers at one major union have accepted the government's increased pay offer after several rounds of strikes. The members include ambulance crews, some nurses and other staff in the health service. But the country's biggest nursing union has rejected the offer and will stage another 48-hour strike at the end of the month. Julia Chapman reports from London.
