The Medical and Dental Consultants of Nigeria (MDCAN) has faulted a Bill seeking to make it mandatory for fresh medical graduates to provide services to Nigeria for up to five years before receiving a full registration and license to practice.
The bill, which has already passed second reading in the House of Representatives, is expected to address the brain drain in the Nigerian health sector.
