Lavrov threatens U.S. ahead of UN meeting

Moscow has slammed a U.S. decision to deny visas to Russian
journalists ahead of the country's Foreign Minister's visit to New
York.

Sergei Lavrov is expected to chair meetings at the United Nations
Security Council on Monday and Tuesday.
