Jailed media tycoon Jimmy Lai is filing a legal challenge against a Hong Kong government move to block a British barrister from representing him in court.
That move follows a ruling from China that Hong Kong’s Chief Executive should decide whether overseas lawyers are able to participate in national security cases.
