U.N Security Council permanent members divided on condemning North Korea missile tests

The U.N security council is divided on how to deal with
North Korea and its latest missile tests.
On March 16, North Korea tested an intercontinental ballistic missile
that travelled approximately a thousand kilometres landing in waters
just outside Japan's exclusive economic zone.
China and Russia continue to accuse the United States of escalating
the situation.
