Ukraine Ambassador to the United Nations, Sergiy Kyslytsya has told
reporters his country welcomes the arrest warrant issued for Russian
president Vladimar Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova.
The two are to be held criminally responsible for the forced
deportation of hundreds of Ukrainian children during the ongoing war.
Kyslytsya says this is a signal to the world that accountability is imminent.
