Exiled Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui, who is an associate of former President Trump adviser Steve Bannon, has been arrested on charges of orchestrating a one billion dollar fraud.
The indictment alleges Mr Guo duped his online followers with promises of "outsized" investment returns.
