Elevated levels of carcinogenic chemicals found in soil of Ohio train derailment

Carcinogenic chemicals have been found in soil samples from East Palestine - the city in Ohio where a train derailed in early February. According to an independent analysis seen by the Guardian Newspaper, the samples contain dioxin levels hundreds of times above what the Environmental Protection Agency had deemed safe back in 2010.
