DOJ reports finds Louisville police discriminated against Black residents

The U.S. Justice Department has found that police in Louisville, Kentucky used excessive force and discriminated against Black residents for years. 


The nearly two- year investigation was sparked by the killing of Black woman Breonna Taylor during a botched police raid on her apartment in 2020.
