U.S. President Joe Biden is set to unveil his budget on Thursday with proposals for higher taxes on the wealthy and more spending on his priorities like childcare and early education.
With Republicans in control of the House of Representatives, the plans are unlikely to be adopted but they will form a blueprint for Joe Biden's expected 2024 reelection bid.
