UK wages are rising at their fastest in over two decades, according to new data, but still behind inflation.
Regular pay rose 6.4% on an annual basis between September and November.
The statistics also show 467,000 working days lost were lost due to strikes in November 2022, which is the highest number in more than a decade.
Darren Morgan from the Office for National Statistics says the data shows some clear trends.
