Political leaders across Europe have been sharing condolences after a helicopter crash in Brovary, Ukraine claimed more than a dozen lives.
The European Union's foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell called the incident a "terrible tragedy," noting that several children and Ukraine's Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky are among those who died.
Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas says her country mourns with the families of victims -- and NATO's Admiral Rob Bauer had this to say at a meeting of the military alliance's defence chiefs in Brussels:
