The Hong Kong government is applauding a World Trade Organization ruling that the U.S. violated international rules by requiring Hong Kong’s exports to be labeled as “Made in China.” The measure had been introduced by former US President Donald Trump in response to Beijing’s political reforms in Hong Kong.
