EL PASO DECLARES STATE OF EMERGENCY OVER FLOOD OF MIGRANTS

The crisis at the US southern border is intensifying as a pandemic-era policy allowing officials to rapidly expel migrants is set to expire on Wednesday. 

Thousands of people have been streaming across the US-Mexico every single day -  already forcing one border city to declare a state of emergency, as Toni Waterman reports.
