Russia to raise ‘dirty bomb’ accusation at UN

Russia plans to accuse Ukraine of planning to use a dirty bomb during
a United Nations Security Council meeting on Tuesday.

Kiev has rejected the accusation instead claiming that it's Moscow
that plans to conduct such an attack and blame Ukraine.
