INTRO:
The International Criminal Court has ordered a review of a 30 million dollar reparation package for victims of atrocities committed by former Congolese rebel leader Bosco Ntaganda.
The appeals chamber of the court directed a new reparations order to be issued saying the Trial Chamber did not make a clear determination of the number of victims to be compensated.
