UK police have wrapped up their investigation into the "Partygate" scandal, a series of gatherings held at 10 Downing Street and other government buildings during coronavirus lockdowns.
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson had already been fined for breaking COVID restrictions but he has not received a second fixed penalty notice.
