Queen Elizabeth II has pulled out of attending this year's State Opening of Parliament in the UK - for the first time since 1963.
In a statement Buckingham Palace said The Queen had reluctantly decided not to attend after consultation with her doctors. Laura Makin-Isherwood reports.
