FBI investigate NY mass shooting as racially-motivated

The FBI is investigating a mass shooting at a supermarket in New York
state, which left 10 people dead, as a racially motivated attack,
targeting black shoppers.

The alleged 18-year-old white gunman was arrested at the scene.
