President Biden has kicked-off a 4-day tour of Asia in South Korea.
He visited a Samsung factory where semiconductors are manufactured.
The company is committed to building a similar plant in Texas, due to come on line late in 2024.
The President said it's vital to solve supply chain issues that are undermining the US and other global economies
