President Biden is urging Americans to rise up and condemn white supremacy, saying the country's "experiment in democracy is in danger".
He was speaking after visiting families of those 10 people killed during Saturday's mass shooting at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York that targeted black shoppers.
The 18 year-old suspect is accused of murder, and allegedly wrote a 180-page manifesto espousing racist conspiracy theories.
The President visited the scene, met with families, and then spoke to the community.
