US President Joe Biden has announced a fresh package of weapons and aid for Ukraine in an attempt to reinforce the country's forces battling against Russia's invasion.
In an address from the White House, President Biden warned that Ukraine is facing a "critical window," as Russia launches an offensive in the east.
