Biden administration to appeal mask ruling

The Biden administration says it plans to appeal a ruling from a judge
in Florida that scrapped a mask requirement on public transportation.

But the appeal will only come if the U.S. Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention deem an extension for the mandate necessary.
