The Presidents of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland are in Ukraine for talks with President Zelensky.
Germany's President Frank-Walter Steinmeier had planned to join his Polish and Baltic counterparts, but said his presence was "not wanted" in Kyiv.
