President Biden says he believes Russia should be stripped of membership in the G20….and he said if other G20 members did not agree, then he would propose that Ukraine should attend the group's summit in Indonesia later this year.
He unveiled a billion dollars in humanitarian relief for Ukraine, and said the US will open its doors to up to 100,000 refugees from the conflict.
Speaking after an emergency NATO summit in Brussels, the President said the alliance is determined to project unprecedented unity in light of the Russian invasion.

Earlier in the day senior US administration officials said a chemical attack by the Russians would NOT lead to a NATO response.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson told reporters NATO is determined to continue sending weaponry to help Ukraine, and additional forces to the alliance's eastern flank.
