Japan, US, South Korea reaffirm cooperation on North Korea security threat

Japan, the United States, and South Korea have reaffirmed cooperation in addressing the global security threat posed by North Korea's missile development.

Pyongyang has conducted a record seven missile tests this year, heightening tensions in the region.
