Biden & Scholz promise sanctions & no pipeline project if Russia invades

US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz have
presented a united front, promising sanctions and an end to the
Russian gas pipeline project if troops invade Ukraine.

The new German leader has recently been criticized for a weak response
to Putin's aggression.
