RUSSIA CALLS FOR RESTRAINT AFTER ARMENIA/AZERBAIJAN FIGHTING

The Russian president's spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, says Armenia and Azerbaijan must show restraint, after Tuesday saw the most extreme flare-up in violence since war ended between the two countries a year ago.

He stressed the only way to stabilise the situation was for the two warring countries to sign a trilateral agreement with Russia.
