INTRO:
Fighters of a rebel group known as M23 have attacked and overrun a military camp in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The attack happened on Sunday night in the village of Tshanzu in North Kivu province. Dozens of Congolese soldiers are reported to have fled the area. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
