Japan eases border restrictions as Covid cases plummet

Japan has eased border restrictions for some visitors in a bid to boost the economy after a sharp decline in coronavirus cases.  The move is expected to give a lift to businesses, which can now bring staff to the country from overseas. although tourists remain prohibited.
