French and Russian presidents call for Poland-Belarus 'de-escalation'

The presidents of France and Russia have called for "de-escalation" in the crisis on the border between Poland and Belarus.

For weeks thousands of migrants, mostly from the Middle East, have been gathering at the Belarus border in an attempt to reach the European Union.
