Biden tours car factory to pressure vote on spending bill

US President Joe Biden is championing his recently signed
Infrastructure investment plan with a visit to an electric vehicle
factory.

The trip to Detroit comes as problems persist for his other key
proposal - the Build Back Better bill - that would fund climate change
initiatives and social programs.
