The legal age of marriage in England and Wales is set to rise from 16 to 18.
The new law is being created to prevent young people across the nation from being forced into marriage under duress.
Natasha Rattu is Executive Director for Karma Nirvana - a charity leading the way in tackling honour-based abuse and says she has been blown away by the support for the change of law.
She says, for the victims, it's much needed.
