US couple accused of selling nuclear secrets could face life in prison

A U.S. Navy nuclear engineer and his wife, charged for trying to sell nuclear submarine secrets to a foreign country, could face life in prison.


Federal prosecutors say they're seeking continued detention for Jonathan and Diana Toebbe out of concern they may try to flee the country.
