Russia sees huge jump in COVID-19 deaths to reach new record

Russia has reported 929 COVID-19 deaths in the past day, the highest single-day figure since the start of the pandemic. Infections are also on the rise amid a slow-down in the country's vaccination programme. Julia Chapman has more from Moscow.
