US president Joe Biden is expected to announce a new covid 19 vaccine mandate for all federal workers without any option for regular testing as an alternative.
The executive order which is due to be signed on Thursday would affect more than 2 million Americans and is part of what the White House says is a "robust plan to stop the spread of the delta variant" and boost vaccination rates.
