The Australian High Court has dismissed an appeal by a number of media outlets, and found they are the publishers of comments made on their social media pages.
Dylan Voller's treatment while detained in the Nothern Territorys youth detention system, instigated a royal commission after images of him shackled and hooded were revealed by the Australian Broadcasting commission.
