UN Chief urges international community not to abandon Afghanistan

The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres has urged the
international community to not abandon the people of Afghanistan.

The Taliban has seized the country's capital and Afghanistan's UN
representative warns that the fate of millions now hangs in the
balance.
